Step 1: work out who served the ad#

The news-site case trips people up the most. Method 2: your browser history already has it (if you clicked)#

Returning to the article where you saw the ad occasionally works, but the deck is stacked against you. If you are hunting an ad for professional reasons — a competitor's creative you glimpsed, an offer you want to analyze — the single search is the least interesting part.
